Cancel A Ride

You can cancel a trip at any time before or after the driver accepts your travel request. If you cancel less than 5 minutes before the driver picks you up, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

• Tap the white info bar at the bottom of your screen.
• Tap Cancel Trip.
• You will be asked to confirm. Tap Yes or No.

To cancel after the driver has accepted your travel request:

• Swipe up from the bottom of your screen.
• Tap Cancel, then confirm.

Cancellation Fee

A ride request can be cancelled free of charge for up to 5 minutes after the driver has accepted your request. If you cancel after this, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

If your driver is behind by more than 5 minutes behind the original ETA of the trip, you can cancel at no charge.

Cancellation charges vary by city and product, but are usually between Rs 10 to Rs 1000.

Once the business advertised in the application, there will be no change in the renewal time itself. In case of Business Partners, any change will be at the discretion of the company.
